The overall structure of VACC is represented below:

Division Committees are elected every two years from among and by the members of each industry sector (ie. Division). Division Committee representatives are then elected to the Board of Management.

The Board of Management then elects the members of the Executive Board from amongst its number, including the Senior and Junior Vice Presidents.

The President, who must be a member of the Board of Management, is elected separately by all the members.
