VACC is a Federally registered employer association which represents the interests of over 5000 businesses in the Victorian retail motor industry.

VACC Auto Apprenticeships offers apprenticeships across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Apprentices employed by VACC Auto Apprenticeships are placed in VACC member workshops (host employer). Since commencing in 1983, more than 700 automotive apprentices have graduated with VACC Auto Apprenticeships.

VACC member workshops - the host employers - are carefully selected to ensure they are able to provide the best possible training for the apprentices. The supervision, high standards of training and work experience, gives VACC apprentices an excellent grounding for their careers in the retail motor industry.

VACC apprentices are placed in both large dealerships, such as Holden Dealerships, and in smaller workshops. Some are employed with race teams such as the HSV Dealer Team.

Each apprentice is provided with a comprehensive set of tools on commencement. These tools are given as a gift at the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
