The Technical Department's Call Centre is staffed by expert, highly qualified and trained Technical
Advisers who provide technical information and assistance to members upon request, either
on the phone or by a facsimile service. |

| VACC's Health and Safety Unit provides over-the-phone, fax, email and face-to-face advice and information to members to assist them with Health and Safety law and their obligations. This assistance includes advice and information on workplace inspections, manual handling and hazardous substances risk assessments, OHS policies and procedures, and compliance advice. |

| VACC Auto Apprenticeships offers apprenticeships across metropolitan and regional Victoria. Apprentices employed by VACC Auto Apprenticeships are placed in VACC member workshops (host employer). Since commencing in 1983, more than 700 automotive apprentices have graduated with VACC Auto Apprenticeships. |
