A presentation will be made by De Backman-Hoyle, a professional, intelligent and enthusiastic woman. She will focus on the concepts of the challenges women face by wanting to strive for equal presence and contribution within the automotive industry. The topic covers; gender differences between decision-making approaches and the essence of the female business prowess. The session will also provide you with tips and hints on influencing, persuading and presenting a confident exterior.

If you are not yet a member of the ‘Women in Automotive Network’, do not despair, the networking night is a special promotion of our services to help you get an understanding of what we wish to achieve. On the night there will be an opportunity for you to network with other women in the industry over nibbles and drinks.
