The Tasmanian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (TACC) has served the automotive industry in Tasmania since 1930.

There had always been a long standing and mutually supportive relationship between TACC and the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC).

TACC successfully lobbied state government on behalf of members for many years, but times were changing and in 1999 TACC and VACC were amalgamated. This merger offered members a more diverse range of services, while still maintaining a Tasmanian perspective on local issues.

Today we are dedicated to the promotion, representation and preservation of member businesses to local, state and federal governments, as well as the media, consumers and the community.

2018 TACC Motor Industry Awards

10 May, 2017

Entry is now open!

The TACC Motor Industry Awards have been a great success in previous years and we are delighted to announce that the 2018 TACC Motor Industry Awards and Gala Dinner will be held at Wrest Point on Saturday, 28 April 2018.

2018 sees the introduction of a SIMPLIFIED entry process, where you can either enter your business or nominate another TACC member business that you think is deserving.

So what's changed?

Once your entry/nomination is received, all you need to do is sit back and wait for a TACC representative to visit your business.

The TACC representative will score your premises/workshop and ask you a few questions about your business and management and THAT'S IT!  NO WRITING and less interruption to your already busy working day.

Entries/nominations close on the 16th Feb at 5pm.

So what are you waiting for?  ENTER NOW!
