Proposed alterations to the VACC constitution

1 JUNE 2018

On 30 May 2018 an Extraordinary General Members Meeting was held at VACC House to consider and vote on proposed alterations to the VACC constitution. At this meeting a ballot was taken on the proposed alterations and the proposed changes were endorsed. Consequently an application to alter the rules of the association has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission. Information posted 1 June 2018.

Model Work Health and Safety Laws Review

As agreed by WHS Ministers in the states and territories that implemented the laws, Safe Work Australia was asked to examine and report on the content and operation of the model WHS laws after 5 years of operation.
